Designed for athletes ages 10–14 who have already learned basic volleyball skills.
At VolleyUs, this program serves as the next step after the Minis Program, helping young players strengthen their fundamentals while introducing more challenging drills, faster movements, and game-like situations.
They will refine their skills in passing, setting, hitting, serving, and defense, while also learning blocking, court positioning, rotations, teamwork, and game strategy.

Registration & Requirements
- Attire: Athletic shoes, knee pads, water bottle
- Prerequisites: Completion of Minis or prior basic training
- Open Enrollment: New players may join at any time
